Measurement Requirements for Metal Gaskets

In the manufacturing process, metal ring gaskets are subject to strict dimensional control requirements, with key inspection criteria including inner diameter, outer diameter, and concentricity. Deviations in the inner and outer diameters can directly lead to assembly jamming and excessive clearance, while failure to meet concentricity standards can result in uneven stress distribution and seal failure, severely affecting the quality of the finished product. Therefore, these three parameters must be inspected with high precision.
