What does the Sensor size of an industrial lens mean? How to choose?

Therefore, in the selection of industrial lenses, you need to ensure that the target size of the lens and the camera CCD chip size match.


3, working distance and angle of view: focal length is another important factor to consider when choosing industrial lenses. The larger the focal length, the larger the working distance, the smaller the angle of view; the smaller the focal length, the smaller the working distance, the larger the angle of view. Therefore, when choosing industrial lenses, you need to choose the appropriate focal length according to the actual working distance and viewing angle needs.


4, sensor size: the larger the sensor size, to a certain extent, that the camera can accommodate more pixels, the larger the imaging frame. However, a large sensor size will also bring the problem of increased lens costs.
